DESIGN
↠ 18 hole course designed with dogs (and
kids!) in mind
↠ You will play with our against your dog with
padded clubs and tennis balls
↠ Potable water features for swimming and
drinking
↠ Fully fenced in, each hole separate from
the next to provide extra safety between
groups and to help ease anxiety in reactive
dogs
↠Different colored collars supplied to mark
friendly dogs or dogs that want to be left
alone.
↠ Tunnels, mazes, and trick shots keep your
dog stimulated and learning
↠ Strict rules will be in place to maintain safety but allow fun.
↠ There will be dog agility structures
throughout the course.
↠ Humans can still enjoy the park without
dogs.
↠ Grab and go food will be offered for
humans and dogs.
↠ During off hours, the course will be offered
to the humane society for their personal
use or to keep dogs stimulated.
↠ Future additions may include a dog
friendly motel, extra shelter space, pet
store, go karts, disc golf, swimming pool, a
corn maze, or even a dog soccer league!
The opportunities are endless.

EXPECTED PROFITS.
↠ According to Harris Miniature golf, it is likely that if the course is open from 10am to 10pm, at least 15 games will be played every hour.
↠ If a round of golf is $8, this will equate to a monthly income of over $43,000
↠ A year will see an income of over $518,000
↠ With 15% going to dog rescue, that is $77,000!
According to the leader in course design and construction,
An 18 hole course in the north with operation seasonally from May 15th to Sept 15 will return their capital investment in the first year. Courses
further south increase their profits due to longer summer season....
THE LOW END.
EXPECTED PROFITS.
↠ If course sees full capacity each day, yearly revenue jumps to over 1.5 million dollars
↠ If 15% goes to dog rescue, that's $225,000 a year!
↠This will bring well over 120,000 visitors to the humane society each year
OUR EXPECTATIONS.
↠ As the only mini golf course in the area, we expect to be popular. Even though we know the excessive amount of
dogs will turn away some families, we believe we will make up for it with repeat visitors that treat their dogs to
the best day ever, every day. We also expect to be popular among service dog trainers and police K9 handlers.
↠ For our amateur season, we expect to initially charge $5 per person and attract at least
↠ 40 human visitors a day.
↠ We also expect to sell at least 10 -$5 meals to our guests every day
↠ We expect to accept donations that will not be accounted for in this presentation
↠ We would like to be open at least 355 days a year
↠ Therefore, our expected income upon opening will be $88,750 with $13,000 to rescue
↠ I believe this number will grow every year with price increases, membership dues, and donations.
↠ Each year, the humane society should see an uptick in adoption applications and supporters.
↠ Be ready to hustle when fundraising starts.
We all want this to become reality and will
need to spread the word quickly
↠Send any volunteers my way, may it be
contractors, fence installers, graphic
designers, social media influences, hard
laborers, or anybody willing to help.
